Approximately 20 minutes north of Nanaimo sits Parksville. A small beach front community just a stone throw away from the city. Parksville offers beautiful beaches, along with a laid back and relaxing atmosphere. The community made up of retirees, urban professionals and young families has grown greatly in the last decade and is a hot spot for vacationers during the summertime.

About Ladysmith...

In the opposite direction, approximately 30 minutes south of Nanaimo you will find the community of Ladysmith. Like Parksville, Ladysmith has shown continuous growth in the last decade, and is becoming a popular retirement destination.
